The Azerbaijani healthcare sector will receive preferential terms for the purchase of Microsoft software products, Nariman Ramazanov, founder and managing partner of Azerbaijan’s FINA LLP, told Trend.
He noted that currently, these preferences apply to a number of the country’s state agencies, including the Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes.
“There are certain categories of users who get licenses of Microsoft products on favorable terms. They are educational and medical institutions. This practice is applied by the Microsoft company worldwide,” Ramazanov said.
Microsoft Azerbaijan has earlier said that more than 30 state agencies in the country have already switched to Microsoft licensed software.
