The first crypto-broker Buroka Technologies will be opened in Azerbaijan, the head of the Buroka representative office in Azerbaijan, Sabina Mammadli, told Trend on Nov.27.
Mammadli said the company will deal mainly with the five crypto-currencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Dash and Litecoin.
"We signed contracts with London crypto-exchanges such as Kraken and Bitstamp. Our goal is to develop crypto-brokering in Azerbaijan so that it would be easier for people to buy crypto currency here and not outside the country. So far, there are no brokers in Azerbaijan who could offer a platform for trade in crypto currency, "Mammadli said.
Until the end of the year, according to Mammadli, the website buroka.az will be launched, and the project will be actively developed since January 2018.
As for organization and legal regulation of the procedure of sales and purchase of crypto currency, Mammadli said that negotiations in this direction are already underway with a number of state agencies of Azerbaijan.
