AzIntelecom LLC will commission a backup DATA center before the end of 2018, a source in the country's telecommunications market told Trend May 17.
Work on construction of the backup center was launched in mid-2017.
The center will be located in the Yevlakh region and ensure uninterrupted work in case the main DATA center fails. This will further increase the level of catastrophic stability and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure.
The main data processing center of Azintelecom LLC is located in Baku.
AzIntelecom LLC started commercial use of the resources of the major DATA center in January 2017.
The DATA center received a certificate of compliance with the Tier3 level, which is the official confirmation that it is designed on the world standards and meets the necessary criteria of reliability and safety.
