In August 2019, Samsung smartphones and mobile phones retained their leadership in popularity in Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to data provided by Global Stats.
Samsung's market share in the country's mobile devices amounted to 57.65 percent during the aforementioned period, having gone down by 1.39 percentage points compared to the previous month’s figures.
Mobile devices of China’s Xiaomi ranked second, with a market share of 14.69 percent (increase of 2.2 percentage points), followed by Apple, whose share market increased by 0.41 and amounted to 11.56 percent. Devices of this brand are among the top 3 leaders in sales in Azerbaijan in July.
Furthermore, the mobile devices of Huawei had a market share of 3.54 percent, followed by LG at 1.83 percent, Nokia at 1.79, Lenovo at 1.35 percent, HTC at 1.01 percent, Alcatel at 0.76 percent, and other brands.
