The bank’s management spoke in detail about the services which are rendered to the clients during the pandemic and answered all questions of briefing participants and clients via social networks.

To limit clients' access to the bank’s services during quarantine regime and provide them with a grace period for repaying loans, credit holidays were introduced for individuals - until August 1 while for legal entities - until October 1.

The bank also introduced an automatic extension of deposits in national and foreign currencies until August 1.

In case of prolongation, the interest rate on deposits remains unchanged and after the expiration of the quarantine period, interest accrued for all months may be deducted simultaneously.
