The share of Google Chrome on the Azerbaijani market increased by 0.06 percent in April 2021 compared to the previous month, Trend reports on May 3 referring to the StatCounter’s Global Stats report.
In the reporting month, Chrome remained the most popular browser in the country, with a 77.81 percent market share.
At the same time, the share of the Safari browser on the local market grew by 0.39 percentage points, amounting to 10.41 percent.
According to the report, the share of the Samsung internet browser shrank by 0.32 percentage points in monthly terms, making up 4.4 percent.
In April this year, the Opera browser’s share decreased by 0.12 percent, which as of May 1, 2021, was 3.91 percent.
The share of Yandex Browser in the Azerbaijani market amounted to 1.32 percent, which is 0.05 percentage points more than a month earlier.
The rest of the market belongs to the Mozilla Firefox internet browser with a share of 0.93 percent, and to Microsoft Edge with 0.79 percent.
