Azeri Ministry of Communication and IT submitted documents on FIM Bank case to Paris court, Trend reports with reference to the ministry officials.
First International Merchant (FIM Bank) filed an action against Azeri government for n non-payment of $3,035,000 and $1,560,000 credits supposedly issued to Ministrys non-existing enterprises Aztell and Baktell, respectively. Paris court decided to arrest Azerbaijan 500k stock in Eutelsat S.A and dividends in amount of over $1 mln.
