Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S.Babayeva / The first ever Azerbaijani-Israeli business forum on information technology will be held in Baku.
The Israeli embassy in Azerbaijan reported on 23 April that a delegation of the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute is expected to visit Baku. The delegation, comprised of no less than ten Israeli companies, will visit Baku between 7 and 8 May.
During the visit there are plans it to hold meetings at Azercell Telecom and Aztelekom Production Association. An IT forum in large scheduled for 8 May will bring together small and medium-sized enterprises involved in the IT sector. Over 30 Azerbaijani companies have been invited to participate in the forum.
Representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technology were in attendance.
