Mingachevir State University has announced a tender for the repair of the second building of the university.
The cost of participation in the tender is 50 manats.
Those who wish to participate in the tender must submit an application by 11:00 on August 29, 2018, and the tender offer - by 11:00 on September 6, 2018. Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on September 7.
