Oil and Gas Construction Trust of Azerbaijan's State Oil Company SOCAR has announced a tender to purchase reinforced and simple steel of various sizes.
The tender participation fee is 118 manat ($69.4).
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 (GMT +4) on Dec. 12, 2019, and tender offers until 10:30 on Dec. 19, 2019.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on Dec. 19.
