The Uzbek-Korean JV Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC has announced a tender for the supply of grade A methanol in the amount of 120 tons (+/- 10 percent).
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the tender:
- suppliers who are at the stage of reorganization (merger, acquisition, division, separation, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- suppliers that failed to provide all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the prescribed time limit;
- suppliers who did not properly fulfill their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- suppliers who are in a state of litigation with the Customer;
- suppliers that registered in states or territories that provide a preferential tax regime and / or do not provide for the disclosure and provision of information during financial transactions (offshore zones), or having accounts in banks located in offshore zones in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
