The volume of cargo transported through Iranian airports domestically increased by 25 percent, during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through November 21, 2021), compared to the same month last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, about 140,000 tons of cargo were transported through Iranian airports in 8 months. Last Iranian year the figure stood at over 111,000 tons.
