BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. The volume of cargo transported through Iranian airports to international directions rose by 6.3 percent during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2023), compared with the same time last year, Trend reports.
Data from Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC) shows that approximately 33,000 tons of cargo were transported via the country’s airports to international destinations in 6 months.
Meanwhile, the figure almost reached 31,000 tons in the same period as last Iranian year.
