OneWeb to suspend all launches from Baikonur

OneWeb company will suspend all launches from Baikonur, Trend reports citing the company.

OneWeb telecommunications company headquartered in London has been using Kazakhstan-based Baikonur Cosmodrome to launch its satellites for the last two years.

Kazakhstan’s Baikonur city is the administrative and living center of major Baikonur Cosmodrome. The city and the Cosmodrome together create a Baikonur complex, which Russia is renting from Kazakhstan till 2050.

OneWeb's is implementing a constellation of Low Earth-Orbiting satellites with a network of global gateway stations and a range of user terminals to provide an affordable, fast, high bandwidth and low latency communications service for businesses and governments around the world.
