BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 2. Kazakhstan People’s Savings Bank JSC, also known as Halyk Bank, finalizes the deal to sell 100 percent shares of “Halyk Bank Tajikistan” CJSC, its subsidiary in Tajikistan, to International Bank of Tajikistan CJSC, Trend reports, citing the press service of Halyk Bank.
“Halyk Bank Tajikistan” CJSC will be renamed in the following 6 months.
The information on the total amount of the deal and other relevant details were not provided by the press office.
As a result of the deal, Halyk Bank Tajikistan will continue to work and serve its customers, as usual, providing all types of banking services in accordance with the terms of previously concluded agreements.
