BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, July 11. A total of 4,800 apartments and houses have been commissioned in Kyrgyzstan from January through June 2023, First Vice Chairperson of the National Statistical Committee, Nazira Kerimalieva said during a briefing, Trend reports.
According to the State Statistical Committee of the country, the figure is 8.5 percent more, compared to the same months of 2022.
Kerimalieva said these newly constructed buildings have a total area exceeding 506,000 square meters.
Furthermore, she highlighted that four institutions have been commissioned since the beginning of the year. Among them are facilities in Issyk-Kul, Osh and Chui regions.
Meanwhile, a total of 9,612 residential buildings and apartments have been commissioned in Kyrgyzstan in 2022, 14.8 percent less than in 2021. The total area of the constriction exceeded 1.1 million cubic meters.
Moreover, 12 school, 18 pre-school facilities, 9 hospitals were put into operation in Kyrgyzstan last year.
