TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, November 4. Uzbekistan produced 777,800 tons of diesel fuel from January through September 2024.

The data obtained by Trend from Uzbekistan's Statistics Agency shows that this figure has increased by 0.22 percent compared to the same period last year (776,100 tons in January–September, 2023).

In addition, diesel fuel production in the country reached 72,000 tons in September 2024, compared to 86,800 tons in August 2024.

Meanwhile, Uzbekistan’s Saneg (the largest private oil and gas company) opened a new terminal at SEG TASCO (a subsidiary of Saneg) in Fergana.

The new terminal was created to implement a number of state decrees.

The project carried out construction and repair work worth more than 15 billion soums ($1.1 million), ensuring a round-the-clock supply of various types of gasoline and diesel fuel. The loading and clearance process was reduced from one day to one hour.
