Minister or Health Remedy and Medical Training Marzieh Vahid-Dastjerdi arrived for a two-day visit early Thursday morning, IRNA reported.
According to IRNA reporter in Republic of Turkey's capital city, the Iranian Health Minister's visit is in response to her Turkish counterpart Recep Akdag's last year visit of Tehran.
Dastjerdi is scheduled to meet the Iranian physicians residing in Istanbul on Thursday night.
On Thursday morning she would have a meeting with her counterpart Akdag and after holding a joint press conference the two ministers would visit Ankara's State Ataturk Hospital.
She is also scheduled to visit the Pharmacology Factory and the Rehabilitation Center of Istanbul.
The IRI Health Minister would head back for Tehran on Friday night.
The accompanying delegation of Dastjerdi in this visit is addition to her deputies at the ministry is the Head of the Parliament's Health and Medical Affairs Committee Dr. Mohammad-Reza Kouchi.
