According to the presidential office director general for international relations Mohammad Reza Forghani, the President would start his Latin American tour by visiting Caracas for talks with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on different issues of mutual interest, reported IRNA.
"He will also take part in Daniel Ortega's oath taking ceremony as the preident of s Nicaragua and discuss with him different issues including regional and international developments," Forghani said.
He added that Ahmadinejad is also excheduled to meet with high ranking Cuban officials in Havana and consult with them a wide range of issues including bilateral relations as well global developments.
The Iranian President will also travel to Ecuador for talks with Ecuadorian officials on implemention of some joint projects," he said.
