Iranian government will provide ex gratia payment and bank advances to flood-hit provinces.
The government session held on March 31 under the leadership of President Hassan Rouhani reviewed the evaluation reports of cabinet members from their field visits to flood-hit areas of Iran, Trend reports citing Fars News Agency.
The cabinet has insisted on providing consistent help and care to the people of flood-hit provinces. The meeting reviewed the latest evaluation reports of Planning and Budget Organization and Ministry of Interior on the flood damages in the residential areas in cities and villages, farms and gardens, industrial and production units, infrastructures and services.
The cabinet approved to provide ex gratia payment and bank advances that will be offered after completing the field evaluations.
