(IRNA) - Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Saudi King Abdullah in a phone talk Friday evening stressed the need to support Palestinian nation and to end Israeli crimes.

Ahmadinejad added, "The Islamic countries and the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) must speedily adopt measures and devise the required strategies aimed at condemning the Israeli atrocities effectively at international scenes and to put an end to the brutal massacre of the Palestinian women, children and youth so recklessly." President Ahmadinejad further emphasized that the Islamic countries and the world Muslims should support the oppressed Palestinian nation and the independent Palestinian government more effectively in their uneven confrontation with the illegitimate racist Zionist regime.
Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah, too, during the phone talk, made by the Iranian President, said that the occupier Zionists have been busy committing crimes ever since they set their feet in Palestine.
He added, "The dimensions of Israeli crimes keep widening with the passage of each new day and the Islamic countries need to do all they can to safeguard the unity among Palestinian groups, because their solidarity and agreement would safeguard the interests of the Islamic World, as well as the global peace and stability." The Saudi King meanwhile supported the Iranian President's proposal for convening of an extraordinary OIC meeting and sending a special envoy to mediate in a bid to solve the problems among Palestinians.
