Iran's gas condensate export halved during the first two months of the current fiscal year (started March 21), Trade Promotion Organization of Iran reported June 16.
According to the report, Iran exported 2.692 million tons of gas condensate worth $1.088 billion in the two months, which indicates a 53.4-percent and a 55.5-percent decrease in volume and value, year-to-year.
Iran's total non-oil exports (including the gas condensate) stood at $6.859 billion in the first two months of the current fiscal year, which indicates a 15-percent decline.
Therefore, the share of the gas condensate in total non-oil exports stood at 15.9 percent, while petrochemical products' export reached $2.908 billion (+15.4 percent year-to-year), sharing 42 percent of Iran's total non-oil exports in the two months.
During that period, Iran exported $1.088 billion worth of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), as well as $272 million worth of natural gas liquids (NGLs).
Iran lists all of the mentioned oil-related commodities in the non-oil export basket.
