The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) will put up for sale 2 million barrels of gas condensate June 25 at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), said Amir Hossein Tibyanian, NIOC representative at IRENEX, Trend reports with reference to the company’s website.
He said that the initial price of one barrel of gas condensate from South Pars field at the IRENEX will be $58.43.
It is already the 7th time that NICO is putting up oil and gas condensate for the IRENEX this Iranian year (started March 21, 2019), he noted.
“The minimum cargo volume is 1,000 barrels (110 tons),” he said. “Customers can get their cargo up to 3 months after the purchase.”
Since October 2018, oil and gas condensate has been put up for sale at the IRENEX. During this period, 1.085 million barrels of oil was sold at the energy exchange.
