TEHRAN, Iran, April 23. The Director-General of the Mineral Industries Department of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade Seifollah Amiri announced the amendment of the export tariffs for several steel products, Trend reports citing Mehr.
The decree noted specific products that will be subject to the export tariffs, including Hematite (22 percent), iron pyrite (22 percent), Iron concentrate (70 percent), Iron pellets (14 percent), sponge iron (11 percent), Cast iron (22 percent), Iron slabs(27 percent), aluminum (11 percent), and copper cathodes (5 percent), as well as cement (5 percent), and Girder (8 percent).
