Iranian president supports Mashaei in presidential race

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accompanied his Office head Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei to be registered in Iran's Interior Ministry, Mehr reported.
According to the report, Ahmadinejad said that "I am Mashaei and Mashaei is me".
During in a speech to the journalists Mashaei said that his way is continuance of Ahmadinejad's.
The next presidential elections in Iran are planned to be held on June 14, 2013.
The voters will select the successor of the current President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who is not able to participate in the elections for the third term according to the country's constitutional laws.
Iranian president supports the head of his administration Rahim Mashaei who is also the father-in-law of Ahmadinejad's son.
Some representatives of the ruling Conservative Coalition accused Mashei on fighting with Islamic rules, publishing deviant ideas and transgressing the commandments of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamanei.
It's not clear whether Mashaei could pass the Guardian Council's vetting for his qualifications or not.
Mashaei said that he would respect laws in case his qualifications are not approved by Guardian Council.
However, Ahmadinejad during several recent speeches, threatened his rivals by unveiling their corruptions, saying "any body has right to run elections and nobody can stop free elections".
