They say that the Armenian ruling coalition's Rule of Law Party (RLP) member and former Agriculture Minister Gerasim Alaverdyan, who always provides "bread and salami" to RLP Office, has decided to return by nominating himself as MP in his native Syunik Region, News.am reported according to Zhoghovurd daily.

"And only [RLP Chairman and National Security Council Secretary] Arthur Baghdasaryan can explain how this ordinary person, who is not taken seriously by anyone, had become Agriculture Minister. But he [Baghdasaryan] would not do that either, since the construction of the Hayasi Wine Factory in Voskevaz [village] needed to be completed at the time, and financial means and other 'inflows' were needed. And Gerasim Alaverdyan could have secured all that for his dear boss and newly-crowned oligarch," Zhoghovurd writes.
