Gocha Lortkipanidze has been appointed as Deputy Justice Minister.
He will coordinate the work of four departments - public international law, arbitration, the state representative offices in the courts of foreign countries, the state representative offices in international courts and examination of contracts and legal representative offices, Georgian Justice Minister Tea Tsudukiani told media on Monday by introducing her deputy.
Gocha Lortkipanidze has received his legal education at the University of Georgia and the European countries. He has experience in scientific and educational activity of the research centers in Europe and the U.S.
At various periods, he worked in state bodies and international organizations. He is the author of several scientific publications.
