Travelers will soon be able to connect with Nantes, France as British easyJet announced it will launch flights from Tel Aviv, beginning in April, Trend reports referring to The Jerusalem Post.
In Tuesday's announcement, the company said that it will operate thrice-weekly flights, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
"The new route is expected to carry more than 48,000 passengers this year and is likely to be popular amongst those looking to enjoy a cultural feast in France’s sixth largest city, including visits to the stunning medieval Château des ducs de Bretagne and the historic 19th century shopping mall Passage Pommeraye," the company said in a statement.
Ali Gaywald, easyJet's UK Country Manager, said that the company was "delighted" to launch the route.
“We’re delighted to announce this new route to Nantes from Tel Aviv, which allows us to offer our customers an even wider range of exiting destinations to visit this year," she said.
