An explosion has occurred at the entrance to a building located near a tram stop in Turkey's Istanbul city, the country's Haber7 TV channel reported on July 12.
Some eight people got injured as a result of the explosion, according to the preliminary data.
The health condition of one of the injured is serious. People have been evacuated from the building.
Gas leak caused the explosion.
