Sea voyages scheduled for Feb. 4 have been cancelled in Turkey's Istanbul city due to the strong storm, the Turkish administration for maritime affairs said Feb. 4.
No information has been provided about the postponement date of the voyages.
Turkish Airlines canceled the Istanbul-Baku flight due to bad weather Feb. 4.
