The value of exports of wood and furniture from Turkey to global markets increased by 26.1 percent from January through April 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $2.09 billion, the Turkish Trade Ministry told Trend.
In April 2021, Turkey exported furniture and wood worth $583.3 million, which is 71.5 percent more compared to April 2020, said the ministry.
Over the past 12 months (from April 2020 through April 2021), Turkey's exports of the mentioned products amounted to over $5.9 billion.
