BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 19. Türkiye increased its exports of ready-made garments to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus from January to December 2023 by 21.6 percent compared to the same period in 2022, bringing them to $53.1 million. Trend reports.
The data from Türkiye's Trade Ministry shows that the country increased its exports of ready-made garments to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus by 10 percent in December 2023 compared to the same month in 2022, bringing it to $4.6 million.

To note, from January through December 2023, Türkiye's ready-made
garment exports declined by 9.2 percent compared to the same period
in 2022, totaling $19.3 billion.
The country exported $1.5 billion worth of ready-made garments in December 2023, which is 14.6 percent less than in December 2022.
Meanwhile, Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $19.3 billion in the last 12 months (December 2022-December 2023).
