An article talking about the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's charitable mission both in Azerbaijan and other countries was printed in France's Quest-France newspaper.

The author states that President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva has been showing special care and attention, in her homeland, towards education and healthcare, and new schools and hospitals are built by the Foundation and charitable mission is carried out in a number of foreign countries. It is further stated that the Foundation has participated in compiling of the catalogue of books in the Vatican Library and repairing of the fresco of the oldest cathedral in Strasbourg, and provided support to restoration of tens of historical monuments in the Orne Department.
