Bakielektrikshebeke JSC, which sells and distributes electricity in Baku, bought about 5.23 billion kilowatt hours (KW/h) of electricity from Azerenergy JSC in January-July, 2014, Bakielektrikshebeke told Trend.

Azerenergy JSC deals with production and distribution of electricity in the regions of Azerbaijan.

In 2013, Bakielektrikshebeke acquired about 8.86 billion KW/h of electricity from Azerenergy, versus 8.55 billion KW/h of electricity in 2012.

Bakielektrikshebeke, in January-July, paid for an average of 95.2 percent of the electricity supplied by Azerenergy.

In 2013, Bakielektrikshebeke paid for an average of 93.6 percent electricity supplied by the Azerenergy, which was similar to the figures for 2012.
