Baku, Azerbaijan, Sept. 16

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the "enemy's infiltration is a major threat for the Islamic Republic".
He made the remarks while addressing a number of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) commanders and staff in Tehran on Sept. 16.
Khamenei explained that the enemy is "global arrogance which the US is its complete embodiment".
The enemy tries to infiltrate inside the country's decision-making centers, Khamenei said, the leader's official website reported.
However various Iranian authorities including IRGC powerfully close their path, he added.
The enemy tries to damage people's beliefs and find ways for cultural penetration, Khamenei said, adding cultural, ideological and political infiltration is more dangerous than economic and security ones.
He also called on Iranian economic officials to be careful about the penetration of the Islamic Republic's enemies in economic areas.
"Our vigilance will disappoint the enemy," Khamenei stressed.
"Enemies promise that Iran will be totally different in 10 years, we must not allow such evil prospects and hopes shape in enemy's mind," the leader said referring to some statements following the historic nuclear deal between Tehran and the six world powers.
Khamenei further said that the Islamic Republic has never started any war and will not do that in the future, but the IRGC should be fully prepared to confront the permanent threats against the Islamic Revolution.
