Business breakfast's format offered by KPMG and Smart Resources Group (SRG) gets popularity in the business environment of Azerbaijan.
KPMG Azerbaijan and Smart Resources Group (SRG), regularly organizing such meetings, this time joined their efforts to conduct HR Networking Breakfast to be held in the Baku office of KPMG on 5 June.
Executive Director of Smart Resources Group (SRG) Arzu Jamilova noted that HR Networking Breakfast has become a traditional event where HR specialists can communicate with colleagues and share their experiences and knowledge on actual topics.
The program of the upcoming event includes speech of KPMG Azerbaijan legal practice head Farid Isayev, dedicated to the order of e-registration of labor contracts and other innovations in labor legislation of Azerbaijan. To meet with the breakfast's participants were also specially invited Alevtina Borisova, partner and leader of the KPMG group on services in the field of HR management and taxation of individuals in Russia and the CIS and group's manager Dina Dyakova.
Given the current political and economic context, some companies are already making changes to their HR-plans, others only think about changing approaches to working with people. How are justified such actions of companies, how did priorities of the HR departments' activity for 2014 change, and which optimistic and pessimistic scenarios are considered by HR-managers? These questions are going to become central topics of discussion within the panel discussion with the participation of Russian experts.
