The tourist said she had bought the tickets for the competitions in boxing, gymnastics and synchronized swimming as part of the European Games.

"I will have a nice time in Azerbaijan," she said. "The European Games are very interesting. Azerbaijan has organized everything on the highest level. I like Baku. There is wonderful landscape and climate. People are friendly and hospitable here."

The European Games kicked off in Baku June 12 and will last till June 28.
