The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has issued an order to timely provide President Ilham Aliyev with the country's state budget projects, the concept of socio-economic development and the forecast figures for 2017.
Projects of Azerbaijan's state budget and consolidated budget for 2017 and the next three years should be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers not later than September 15, 2016, while the socio-economic concept of the country - until September 10.
In addition, the ministry of finance must provide the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan within one month with proposals for the establishment of the state commission on formation of revenues and expenditures of the state and consolidated budgets.
The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan should transfer the primary statistical data for 2015 to the ministry of economy and finance of the country until Feb. 5, 2016 in order to clarify the medium-term economic and social programs for the current year, as well as to transfer statistical data to the ministries of finance, economy and taxes for the preparation of socio-economic concept, the draft budget and the cumulative financial balance for 2017 and the next three years.
