Militants of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party opened fire on a military helicopter transporting troops Turkish army in the Turkish province of Hakkari, the website of the Turkish Armed Forces reported on Friday.
Division commander and corps commander also were among the soldiers. Four shots were made at the helicopter, one bullet hit it.
The firing caused no injuries, the fact is under investigation
PKK militants began leaving Turkey on May 8.
Imprisoned PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan previously called on members of the organisation to lay down their arms and leave the country.
The Turkish authorities promised to create the right conditions for PKK militants who laid down their weapons to freely leave the country.
The conflict between Turkey and the PKK over an independent Kurdish state has lasted for over 25 years and has claimed more than 40,000 lives. The PKK is recognised as a terrorist organisation by the UN and the European Union.
