Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan / corr Trend E.Mammdov / The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev commenced a visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) with a visit to Heydar Aliyev's monument, Trend Regional Correspondent reported on 17 October.
During his visit the Azerbaijani President also attended the opening ceremony of a new four-storey building at Nakhchivan State University.
Afterwards Aliyev is scheduled to participate in the opening ceremony of the Central hospital in the district of Sharur in NAR.
