Union of Azerbaijan, Ukrainian Presidents Established

Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 May / corr Trend S.Agayeva / the Council of Azerbaijani and Ukrainian Presidents is under established. There relevant document will be signed during the forthcoming official visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Ukraine, the Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan said on 16 May. As the draft document is under development, the functions of the newly established Council are not publicized.

The Azerbaijani President is scheduled to visit Ukraine on 22-23 May. President Aliyev will also participate in energy summit to be held in Kiev soon.
