Azerbaijan’s All Republic Ireli Youth Movement Closed Down
Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 Dec/ Trend corr J. Babayeva/ Azerbaijan's All Republic Ireli Youth Movement has closed down.
"The co-founders have decided to suspend activities of the movement as it has reached its goal," co-founder of the movement Jeyhun Osmanli told Trend .
All Republic Ireli Youth Movement, which has been functioning for more than three years, has over 5,000 members. During this period, the movement implemented over 500 projects. As many as 28 clubs and departments under the Movement cover various spheres of activity of Azerbaijani youth.
The movement was set up to secure victory of the governing party candidate Ilham Aliyev in presidential election. Ilham Aliyev was elected president for a second term in the 15 Oct presidential election. The movement has implemented a number of projects during Ilham Aliyev's presidential campaign.
