Georgia, Tbilisi, Jan.12 / Trend corr N. Kirtzkhalia / "As long as the international community will not have pressure on Russia, the peaceful process on regulating conflicts in Georgia will not be launched," Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze said at the briefing on Jan.12. The minister said that the EU observers still have not got any opportunity to realize their activity in Abkhazia and South Ossetia. This is the open violation of Sarkozy-Medvedev six-article ceasefire agreement.
"Today the ethnic cleaning is continuing in the zones of conflict, the territories are occupied where the Russian troops have no right to be in, human rights are massively violated, people are forcedly conscripted to the Russian army and people are not allowed to study in native language and live independently," Vashadze said.
According to Vashadze, Russia has completely destroyed the opportunity of the OSCE to work in Georgia as its demand on two missions in Tbilisi and Tskhinvali is inadmissible. Vashadze also said that the Russian side is constantly putting a handicap to the peaceful regulation in Geneva.
