On Feb. 20, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order assigning Presidential grant for Bilalov Shaig for his services in the development of road-transport infrastructure, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Upon the order, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is in charge of solving the questions arising from the order. The order comes into force from the day of signing.
