Georgia, Tbilisi, May 25 / Trend , N. Kirtskhalia/ Georgian parliament's Temporary Commission for Restoration of Territorial Integrity Head Shota Malashkhia says Russia's willingness to impose non-visa regime with Georgia's break-away regions is "an obvious annexation."
"Russia is going to impose non-visa regime for Abkhazia and South Ossetia and sign an agreement on dual citizenship," he said.
Malashkhia said when Russia imposed visa regime with Georgia and simplified it for break-away regions three years ago, the European Union described it as an attempt of annexation. "But this time this is an obvious annexation," he said and added that "the annexation is punishable."
"We and international community will make effort so that Russia will have to answer before the international organizations and international law," the MP said.
