There were not any Azerbaijanis on the board of the aircraft crashed over the Atlantic ocean, an official of the Azerbaijani Embassy in France told Trend in a telephone conversation from Paris on June 3.
"We have no information on the location of Azerbaijani citizens on board of the missing aircraft," he said.
The contact with the A-330 liner of Air France was lost on the night of June 1, when the airliner was over the Atlantic Ocean between the coasts of Brazil and Senegal, the ITAR-TASS reported.
According to preliminary data, the A-330 Airbus was an altitude of 11 km during its disappearance.
