Uzbekistan's President expresses condolences to Russian counterpart over terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov expressed his condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev over the terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz.

"It is with deep sorrow I learned the news about the numerous human casualties as a result of a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz.

I express my sincere condolences and ask you to convey my sympathy to the families and friends of the victims," the head of Uzbekistan said in his message.
