The visa-free communication between Georgia and Iran will be possible from January 26, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.
"According to the agreement signed on Nov. 3, 2010, citizens of both countries have the right of entering, leaving the territory and the right of transit through international border crossings, provided for international communications of other country," the statement said.
A citizen of each country can stay in the territory of other country without a visa for 45 days.
