President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of the city of Sumgayit.
Under the presidential order, five million manats were allocated from the 2014 Reserve Fund of the President to the Sumgayit Executive Authorities.
