BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 1. President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Mohamed Younis al-Menfi has arrived in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
A guard of honor was lined up for the distinguished guest at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with the national flags of both countries.
President Mohamed Younis al-Menfi was welcomed by Azerbaijan's First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov and other officials.
